Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Public Area Attendant)

About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures that every public area and guest room in the hotel is spotless, inviting, and ready to deliver a memorable experience. This role combines hands‑on cleaning, guest service, and teamwork to uphold the high standards expected by our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all public areas—including lobbies, corridors, elevators, and restrooms—as well as guest rooms throughout the hotel.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restock cleaning carts, and ensure all supplies are readily available.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and uphold confidentiality and quality standards at all times.
• Assist with inventory control of housekeeping supplies and coordinate with other hotel departments to support the overall guest experience.

• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to professional appearance, uniform standards, and clear communication.
• Capability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
