Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor – Al Forsan

About the role

The Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor ensures that guest rooms, public areas and facilities meet Marriott’s high quality standards after cleaning. The role coordinates housekeeping activities, liaises with other departments and supports management in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and pool areas after cleaning to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Run sold‑room reports, verify room status, identify discrepancies and prioritize cleaning assignments.
• Prepare, distribute and communicate changes in room assignments and update departing‑guest room status.
• Act as a liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Document and resolve discrepancies with the Front Desk and communicate issues to the next shift.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining and coaching staff.
• Follow all company safety, security and appearance policies and report maintenance problems or hazards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related housekeeping experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
