Hotel Driver

About the role

The Hotel Driver provides safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for hotel guests, VIPs, executives, and colleagues. Representing the hotel, the driver ensures a high standard of luxury hospitality, guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout each journey.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests, VIPs, and staff to and from the hotel, airport, and other designated locations in a courteous manner.
• Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings when required.
• Maintain a high standard of guest service to create positive first and last impressions.
• Drive hotel vehicles safely, complying with UAE traffic laws and hotel safety policies.
• Stay knowledgeable of Abu Dhabi attractions, shopping malls, business districts, and airports.
• Inspect vehicles before and after each shift to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning.
• Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and well‑maintained; report defects, accidents, or maintenance needs promptly.
• Record vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and guest transportation details accurately.
• Support Concierge and Front Office teams with transportation arrangements.

• Excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s key locations and routes.
• Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and report issues promptly.
• Reliability and punctuality in delivering transportation services.
