Hotel Driver – Transport Team Members & Guests

About the role

We are looking for a professional driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for our hotel team members, guests and authorized personnel in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves adhering to scheduled pick‑ups, handling hotel‑related errands and ensuring a high level of service at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport team members, guests and authorized personnel according to approved schedules.
• Ensure timely pick‑up and drop‑off of staff and guests as per the transportation schedule.
• Provide transportation for hotel‑related errands, official requirements and other authorized duties.
• Maintain a professional, courteous and service‑oriented attitude at all times.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, presentable and in good working condition.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly report any defects or maintenance needs.
• Monitor vehicle servicing, registration, insurance and other documentation to ensure validity.
• Follow all UAE traffic laws, hotel transportation policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption and schedules.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, supplies or other hotel‑related items when required.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations and local routes.
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong time‑management, punctuality and organisational abilities.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
