About the role
Build upon your classroom studies through our comprehensive Hotel Internship Program at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, a flagship property in the heart of the city. You will learn first‑hand about all aspects of hotel operations, from front‑desk and guest services to food and beverage and back‑of‑house logistics, immerse yourself in Marriott’s renowned culture of service excellence, and gain hands‑on experience across many different areas of the hotel, which will better prepare you for a successful career in the travel and hospitality industry after graduation. The internship is open to current college or university students who are eager to explore a future in hotel management, benefit from Marriott’s global brand resources, develop professional skills within a world‑class luxury environment, and take advantage of networking opportunities with senior leaders and specialized training workshops.
