Key responsibilities
- Maintain hotel facilities: ensure physical functionality and safety of guest rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas.
- Respond to service requests: quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders.
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify needs.
- Document maintenance activities: record inspections and repairs and flag issues for follow‑up.
