LEVA Hotels is seeking an experienced and passionate Hotel Manager to lead operations at its flagship 4‑star hotel in Dubai. This leadership role is ideal for a hospitality professional committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, motivate, and develop hotel teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage Rooms Division and coordinate overall hotel operations.
• Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and achieve business KPIs.
• Support revenue growth through effective commercial and financial management.
• Maintain high service standards while promoting a positive guest‑focused culture.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–8+ years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with previous experience as a Hotel Manager or senior hotel leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Rooms Division and overall hotel operations; experience with budgeting, cost control, revenue management, and KPIs.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities; UAE hospitality experience preferred; strong knowledge of guest services and operational performance.
