About the role

The Housekeeping Ambassador II ensures an exceptional guest experience by maintaining impeccable cleanliness and order across rooms and public areas in a 5‑star hotel environment. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, delivering a flawless hospitality experience from welcome to farewell.

Key responsibilities

Maintain established cleanliness standards in guest rooms, corridors, lift landings, floors and pantries.
Perform all operational housekeeping tasks while adhering to service standards and procedures.
Ensure timely order taking and delivery of guest requests.
Prevent complaints and execute effective service recovery when needed.
Proactively communicate with fellow ambassadors, always prioritising the guest’s interests.

Required profile

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hotel.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient command of the English language.
Strong customer‑focused attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
