Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

As a Housekeeping Attendant at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, you will be the frontline guardian of guest comfort, ensuring each room and public area meets the resort’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Your work will directly contribute to memorable stays for guests from around the world.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to resort standards.
• Prepare beds, replenish amenities, and conduct final inspections to guarantee impeccable room presentation.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost‑and‑found items promptly to the appropriate departments.
• Follow all housekeeping SOPs, health & safety guidelines, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle cleaning equipment, chemicals, and linen supplies responsibly.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front office, and engineering teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
• Professional appearance and a positive, courteous attitude.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of luxury service standards (advantageous).
