Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant will ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation at Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to deliver flawless service and support the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean floors, walls, furniture, cupboards and other surfaces in guest rooms.
• Clean patios and associated furniture.
• Clean guest bathrooms and restock linen and amenities.
• Collect and dispose of garbage from all receptacles in guest rooms.
• Strip and remake beds according to hotel standards.
• Clean and check lamps and light fixtures.
• Fill ice buckets and replace hotel collateral and stationery as needed.
• Attend to any extra guest requirements and promptly report defects or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain tidy trolleys, cubby holes and linen caddies, ensuring all areas are clean before ending the shift.
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests and staff at all times.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a housekeeping attendant.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Well‑presented and professionally groomed at all times.
