Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort in Ras Al‑Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this role you will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and common areas, contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms and common areas according to hotel standards.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and guest safety, reporting concerns to management.
• Organise and manage cleaning supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory levels.
• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding professionally.
• Respect guest privacy and handle personal belongings with care and discretion.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday shifts on a rotating basis.
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an asset, not required.
