Housekeeping Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms at our luxury hotel in Dubai. The role involves daily cleaning, servicing, and ensuring guest satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and assigned areas according to luxury standards.
• Make beds, replenish amenities, and replace linen and towels as required.
• Clean and maintain bathrooms, floors, furniture, fixtures, and other guest room areas.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, lost and found items, or guest concerns promptly.
• Use housekeeping equipment, supplies, and cleaning materials safely and correctly.
• Handle guest belongings, lost and found items, and room access following established procedures.
• Maintain a professional and discreet approach while working in guest rooms.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and provide assistance when needed.
• Keep housekeeping pantries, trolleys, and back‑of‑house areas clean and organized.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and security standards at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeping Attendant in a 5‑star or luxury hotel is preferred.
• Good knowledge of guest room cleaning and housekeeping standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to perform duties for extended periods.
• Professional, reliable, and guest‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene practices is an advantage.
