Housekeeping Attendant – One Za'abeel

About the role

Join the One&Only One Za'abeel team as a Housekeeping Attendant, delivering impeccable service to guest rooms, suites, corridors and pantries. You will ensure every guest experience reflects the brand’s standards of warmth, precision and creativity.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, corridors and pantry areas according to One&Only standards.
• Record and act on guest requests, preferences and special instructions.
• Replenish supplies, amenities, linens, cutlery and glassware; monitor expiry dates and refresh stock.
• Update room status in the system upon completion of service.
• Perform turn‑down service, bed decorations and bath ceremonies when required.
• Maintain equipment, follow Lost & Found procedures and report any defects promptly.
• Assist in training new colleagues and support preventative maintenance programmes.

Required profile

• Ability to maintain hygienic and safe work practices.
• Ownership of assigned area and commitment to timely, high‑quality cleaning.
• Professional and polite interaction with guests.
• Attention to detail in maintaining furniture, fixtures and overall room presentation.
