About the role

World Wide Jobs HR Consultancy is recruiting a Housekeeping Executive for a hospitality operation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role is responsible for coordinating daily housekeeping activities, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and supporting an efficient guest‑service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily room, public‑area, and back‑of‑house cleaning assignments.
• Inspect completed work to verify cleanliness, presentation, hygiene, and maintenance standards.
• Distribute tasks, guide housekeeping staff, and support training on procedures and service expectations.
• Track linen, cleaning supplies, equipment, and room‑status information.
• Report maintenance issues, lost‑and‑found items, safety concerns, and service delays through established processes.
• Coordinate with front office, engineering, and other operational teams to resolve guest and room requirements promptly.
• Assist with schedules, attendance records, inventory checks, and housekeeping performance reports.

Required profile

• Practical knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, hygiene controls, and room‑status coordination.
• Ability to assign work, supervise attendants, coach team members, and monitor productivity.
• Strong inspection skills with attention to detail in guest rooms, public areas, linen rooms, and service areas.
• Competence in inventory control for linen, amenities, chemicals, tools, and housekeeping equipment.
• Clear verbal and written communication, professional guest‑service attitude, and sound problem‑solving skills.
