About the role
Join Hilton's Hotels team in Dubai as a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, where you will ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms while delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, train and schedule the housekeeping team to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of checkout rooms, spot checks of occupied rooms, and review service areas, storage and corridors.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues and coordinate facility needs.
- Oversee special projects such as deep cleaning initiatives.
- Manage inventory and ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
- Handle VIP and special guest requests to ensure excellent service.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
Required skills
- Supervisory and team‑leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of housekeeping standards and inspection procedures.
