Housekeeping House Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping House Attendant supports the housekeeping department by managing linen and supply inventories, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are fully stocked and presented to Four Seasons standards. This role involves coordinating the flow of clean and dirty linens, maintaining storage areas, and collaborating with the team to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and maintain housekeeping supplies, keeping closets and storage areas organized with linens, toiletries, and cleaning items.
• Manage linen inventory, track usage, and ensure adequate supply for guest rooms and common areas while monitoring loss or damage.
• Collect and transport dirty linens to the laundry facility, handling them properly to preserve quality.
• Assist with delivering clean linens to guest rooms, ensuring they meet the resort’s cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to identify opportunities for efficiency, waste reduction, and enhanced guest satisfaction.
