About the role
The Housekeeping Order Taker supports the hotel’s internal services by handling guest requests, telephone communications and administrative tasks. Working closely with the housekeeping team, you will ensure guests receive prompt, courteous service while maintaining high standards of privacy and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and process all guest requests for internal services, following hotel standards and procedures.
- Answer telephone calls, wake‑up calls and messages using proper etiquette and Rixos standards.
- Maintain inventory, monitor supplies, and update availability in the FMC system with prior approval.
- Report guest comments or complaints and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
- Perform housekeeping office coordination, filing, logbook updates, and key handling procedures.
- Attend daily line‑up briefings, collaborate with other departments, and follow emergency and security protocols.
