Housekeeping Room Attendant – Abu Dhabi

About the role

As a Guest Environment Expert, you will create memorable experiences for guests by ensuring their rooms and public areas are impeccably clean and well‑maintained. You will work across the hotel, responding to guest requests, stocking service carts, and upholding the high standards of The Ritz‑Carlton brand.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and turn guest rooms, ensuring beds are made, linens are fresh, and amenities are replenished.
• Maintain public spaces such as lobbies and corridors, keeping them tidy and presentable.
• Respond promptly to guest service requests and restock housekeeping carts.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality standards at all times.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Ensure housekeeping equipment is properly maintained and report any repairs needed.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently.
• Adhere to environmental and sustainability practices in cleaning operations.

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lb safely.
