About the role

Join The Lana, a luxury hotel in Dubai, as a Housekeeping Supervisor. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by supporting the Housekeeping team and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping operations.
• Coordinate room cleaning schedules to meet guest arrival and departure times.
• Monitor quality of work and conduct inspections to maintain brand standards.
• Support training and development of housekeeping staff through the Dorchester Collection learning academy.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
• Ability to lead, motivate and supervise a diverse housekeeping team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
