Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Marriott Hotel Production City in Dubai is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations and keep cleanliness standards high across the property. The supervisor leads staff, coordinates daily activities, inspects guest rooms and public areas and ensures guests receive an excellent experience. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping so guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards
• Lead, train and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain service quality and efficiency
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors and public spaces against hotel standards
• Coordinate staff schedules, room assignments and daily departmental operations
• Respond to guest requests and resolve housekeeping issues promptly
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and use resources efficiently
• Ensure compliance with hotel procedures, hygiene requirements and quality control standards

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field (not stated as mandatory)
• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5-star or luxury hotel, with UAE or GCC hospitality experience
• Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures, room inspections, cleanliness standards and quality control
• Ability to supervise, train and coordinate housekeeping teams
• Excellent communication, organisation, attention to detail, problem-solving and guest service skills
