Housekeeping Supervisor – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the Housekeeping team at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort and Spa Marjan Island and lead a dedicated crew in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will ensure rooms and public areas meet Hilton’s high standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate daily duties and supervise room attendants to maintain efficient housekeeping operations.
• Train, coach, schedule and evaluate team members to uphold Hilton service standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of check‑out and occupied rooms for quality and presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle VIP and special requests, and ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Inspect service areas, corridors and storerooms, report maintenance issues and follow up on resolutions.
• Plan and oversee deep‑cleaning projects and special cleaning initiatives.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, equipment and inventory to control costs.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to Hilton’s core values.
• Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
