About the role
Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Housekeeping Supervisor for Public Areas, where you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest experience across the property.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, train and schedule the housekeeping team to maintain quality standards in guest rooms and public areas.
- Conduct routine inspections of checkout rooms, occupied rooms, service areas, storage and corridors.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues and facility concerns promptly.
- Plan and oversee periodic deep‑cleaning projects and special housekeeping initiatives.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper upkeep of housekeeping equipment.
- Deliver excellent service, handling VIP and special guest requests.
