Housekeeping Supervisor – Resort & Spa

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You. Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will lead a team to deliver high‑quality service and uphold Hilton standards at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping operations by allocating daily duties and overseeing room attendants.
• Lead the housekeeping team through training, coaching, scheduling and performance management.
• Maintain room quality by conducting routine inspections of check‑out and occupied rooms.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating and responding to guest needs, including VIP and special requests.
• Monitor facilities and maintenance by inspecting service areas, corridors and storerooms and reporting defects.
• Drive cleanliness standards by scheduling and supervising deep‑cleaning activities and special projects.
• Manage resources and inventory, monitoring supplies, equipment and stock levels for cost efficiency.
• Uphold Hilton brand standards, hygiene, health and safety requirements and consistent housekeeping practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a team.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
