About the role

The Housing Attendant supports staff accommodation at Anantara Downtown Dubai, ensuring a comfortable, safe and well‑maintained living environment for hotel employees.

Key responsibilities

Accommodate new employees in staff housing according to entitlement and maintain accurate allocation records.
Manage external cleaners, security officers, contractors and other service providers within the accommodation premises.
Receive and resolve colleagues’ complaints regarding repairs, maintenance, welfare and privacy, coordinating with relevant departments.
Maintain up‑to‑date inventory lists for each apartment, obtain signatures, and handle check‑out documentation for departing staff.
Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of public areas such as roof, pump room and common spaces.
Coordinate lease contract renewals, water/electricity clearance certificates and telephone service installations.
Monitor fire and safety equipment, conduct monthly inspections with Security and People & Culture teams.
Prepare welcome amenities for new joiners and arrange pickup/drop‑off logistics.
