HQ Financial Analyst (Fixed‑Term, Dubai)

About the role

The Heart Failure HQ Finance team in Dubai is looking for a Financial Analyst on a one‑year fixed‑term contract. You will support financial data analysis, reporting and performance tracking while gaining exposure to global finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining HF HQ financial databases.
• Build and maintain dashboard suite covering revenue by country, monthly performance and gross margin tracking.
• Automate recurring templates, submissions and Geo template consolidation.
• Perform independent checks on close and forecast outputs before submission.
• Provide analytics support across close, LBE and MDD cycles.
• Maintain automation and check library as processes evolve.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Support preparation of presentations for senior management.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis and projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Prior internship or work experience in finance is a plus.
