HR & Admin Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time or freelance HR & Admin Assistant to manage end‑to‑end recruitment and keep our HR documentation up to date. You will work three days a week alongside our head office team in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Post vacancies on LinkedIn, Indeed and other job boards, manage advertising spend and report on budget usage.
• Screen applications, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, collect feedback and communicate status updates.
• Prepare offer letters, coordinate visa documentation and organise start dates.
• Update job descriptions, maintain headcount, vacancy, new‑joiner and leaver records, and produce internal manning reports.
• Maintain accurate employee records, track annual leave, public holidays, overtime and monitor attendance.
• Handle general office administration and other HR‑related tasks as needed.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in HR or full‑cycle recruitment.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
• Experience preparing offer letters and coordinating visa paperwork.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vacancies.
• Professional written and spoken English and discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to work independently across a three‑day week.
