HR Assistant (2 openings) & Public Relations Officer (PRO)

About the role

Al Jazeerah Drilling LLC and Al Sawan Building Contracting LLC are seeking two HR Assistants and one Public Relations Officer (PRO) to support daily HR operations and manage government‑related documentation across their group of companies in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR Director and Assistant Manager with employee transportation, email follow‑ups, meeting coordination and minute taking.
• Maintain hard‑copy and electronic filing systems, monitor license, insurance and vehicle registration renewals.
• Process and renew visas, labour permits, Emirates IDs, trade licences and other regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with government authorities, ensure statutory compliance and support management with approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years UAE HR experience for the HR Assistant role (group‑company exposure preferred).
• Minimum 6 years UAE experience as a PRO for the PRO role.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) and strong organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Document management and record‑keeping.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE government procedures and regulations.
