HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Dubai team. The role will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with the company’s growth objectives across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development and succession planning.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design and manpower forecasting.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Monitor HR metrics, analyse trends and present actionable insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour legislation and internal policies.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support change‑management projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex employee‑relations issues.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
