HR Business Partner – Logistics

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the Logistics function of a leading luxury retail group in Dubai. In this hands‑on role you will act as a trusted advisor to senior logistics leaders, translating business priorities into people initiatives that drive operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with logistics leadership to design and deliver a people strategy aligned with business priorities, operational demand and future growth.
• Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting and forecasting to ensure headcount meets productivity, service and cost objectives.
• Support organisation design and change initiatives such as warehouse expansion, restructuring, automation and transformation.
• Build talent and succession pipelines for critical roles and strengthen career pathways across the logistics function.
• Manage complex employee‑relations matters including investigations, disciplinary cases, grievances, performance management and terminations.
• Ensure HR practices comply with UAE labour legislation and company policies while maintaining a visible presence across operational sites.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business Management or a related discipline.
• 6‑8 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR management role.
• Strong business‑partnering experience within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, retail distribution or e‑commerce environments.
• Proven expertise in workforce planning, employee relations, organisational change, performance management and talent development.
• Ability to interpret people data and workforce trends to deliver practical business solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills, with fluency in English (Arabic an advantage).
