HR Coordinator – Business Partner

About the role

The HR Coordinator – Business Partner will support Emirates Flight Catering’s HR Business Partnering function across multiple business units. You will ensure HR processes are executed accurately, deliverables are tracked and employee‑related actions are completed in line with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate HR Business Partnering activities across assigned functions, supporting HR processes and tracking deliverables.
• Maintain HR dashboards, reports and employee data records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and timely updates.
• Support workforce planning by maintaining manpower trackers, preparing workforce reports and consolidating data.
• Assist performance‑management cycles, monitor completion status and keep relevant documentation.
• Coordinate talent‑management and employee‑development programmes, maintaining records and providing reports to HR Business Partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline; HR certifications such as CIPD are desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations or HR administration within a large organisation.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law, HR policies and procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HR reporting tools and basic HR analytics.
