HR Coordinator – Dubai

About the role

The HR Coordinator will support the voco Dubai hotel by managing employee onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll attendance, and various HR administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle joining formalities: documentation, bank account setup, locker and uniform issuance.
• Process colleague request letters and manage leaver final settlements, status changes, and disciplinary actions.
• Post monthly payroll attendance for all departments, including vacation, sick leave, and cash advances.
• Raise LPOs for HR office, accommodation, and cafeteria through the internal system.
• Maintain HR duty roster, update leave records, and manage air ticket arrangements.
• Organise welfare committee meetings, employee engagement events, monthly gatherings, and birthday celebrations.
• Keep personal files indexed, protect data in the Sky Bayan system, and obtain required signatures.
• Assist reception duties, update monthly HR reports, turnover reports, and manage colleague accommodation.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in an HR or administrative role.
• No specific qualifications required.
