HR Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support our Food & Beverage operations in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will manage day‑to‑day HR activities, ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, and act as a liaison between employees and management. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Handle employee records, documentation, attendance, leave, and related HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and off‑boarding activities.
• Maintain and update HR data in ERP/SAP systems.
• Coordinate with department heads to address employee queries and resolve issues.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of HR experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employee‑related compliance.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
