HR Executive / Recruiter (Real Estate Specialization)

About the role

Asico, a Dubai‑based real estate company, is looking for an HR Executive/Recruiter who understands the fast‑paced real estate market and can drive talent acquisition for its growing operations. You will play a key part in building high‑quality teams by sourcing and hiring the right professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Operate day‑to‑day HR administration functions.
• Source qualified real‑estate professionals for open positions.
• Screen and interview candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Attract high‑performing real‑estate agents and sales professionals.
• Support the company’s growth and workforce needs through effective hiring activity.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in real‑estate recruitment and HR operations.
• Proven ability to identify, attract and engage experienced real‑estate agents.
• Clear understanding of the UAE real‑estate market.
• Fluent English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
