About the role
The HR Generalist – MEA will be based in Dubai and support a global consumer‑electronics group. The role focuses on talent acquisition, onboarding and employee engagement across the Middle East and Africa region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for the MEA region, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.
- Design and continuously improve the onboarding experience for new hires.
- Provide HR operational support and guidance to line managers on employee relations and engagement initiatives.
- Analyse HR metrics and produce reports to drive data‑based decisions.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of HR experience with a strong focus on talent acquisition.
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Professional fluency in English and Korean.
- Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel for reporting and analytics.
- Strong PowerPoint skills for presentations.
- Talent acquisition and HR operations expertise.
