HR Governance & MIS Specialist

About the role

The HR Governance & MIS Specialist supports the HR Governance Manager in implementing and maintaining governance, compliance and operational risk frameworks across the HR function. The role covers control activities, disciplinary processes and governance action closure, and also supports the MIS and data analytics team. It is open only to UAE Nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in HR risk assessments and control testing (RCSA), monitor and close Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) on the GRC system, and support BRCC meetings
• Ensure compliance, Central Bank and fraud-related risks are captured and mitigated in the HR RCSA, and maintain dashboards and trackers for governance actions
• Support disciplinary actions and their closure on the E-HR system, keeping confidentiality and helping update the HR Disciplinary Framework
• Track Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and audit observations, and follow up on governance issues
• Support the MIS team in preparing Central Bank reports, manage the HR group Balance Scorecard and follow up with departments on agreed targets
• Collect updated KRIs from HR departments and coordinate HR systems information and HR projects
• Support the development, review and amendment of HR policies and procedures in line with regulations and approvals

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field
• 1+ years in an HR-related role, with experience in MIS or Operational Risk Management
• Proven experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
