HR, IT & Finance Internship for UAE Nationals

About the role

Accenture is offering a two‑year internship for Emirati students and recent graduates to gain hands‑on experience across Human Resources, Information Technology and Finance. The role provides exposure to core business functions and real‑world projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and maintain HR records.
• Provide basic technical support, assist with hardware/software setup and help maintain IT inventories.
• Assist with financial administration, invoice processing, reporting and budgeting tasks.

Required profile

• UAE national (Family Book holder), currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university/college.
• Strong interest in HR, IT, Finance or business operations and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
