About the role
Accenture is offering a two‑year internship for Emirati students and recent graduates to gain hands‑on experience across Human Resources, Information Technology and Finance. The program provides exposure to real business projects, professional mentoring and the chance to build a solid foundation for a future career.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR documentation.
- Provide basic technical assistance, hardware/software setup and maintain IT inventories.
- Assist with financial administration, invoice processing, reporting and budgeting tasks.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects and process‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- UAE National holding a Family Book.
- Currently enrolled in a university/college program or a recent graduate.
- Strong interest in HR, IT or Finance and good communication skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented and able to work effectively in a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
