HR Manager – Engineering & Architectural Firm (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a leading engineering and architectural firm in Abu Dhabi. The role will support the company’s rapid expansion across the GCC, managing all aspects of human resources for a multicultural consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end HR management including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, succession planning and policy implementation.
• Technical recruitment of architects, engineers, BIM professionals and other design/engineering talent.
• Multi‑country HR coordination across the GCC and Asia, ensuring compliance with regional labour laws.
• Employee relations duties such as workplace investigations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes and conflict resolution.
• Development and implementation of HR policies and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Several years of managerial‑level HR experience, preferably within engineering, architecture or construction.
• Strong stakeholder management and proven leadership of HR teams.
• High integrity, discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of BIM recruitment processes.
