HR Manager – Hospitality

About the role

The HR Manager – Hospitality will lead the end‑to‑end HR operations for a fast‑paced service environment. You will own talent acquisition, retention, onboarding, off‑boarding and payroll coordination while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve HR operations processes, policies and SOPs across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain HR data integrity in the SAP/HRIS system and act as escalation point for employee queries on policy, benefits and administration.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for operational and corporate roles, building pipelines in hospitality, retail, leisure and entertainment.
• Develop and drive retention programmes, monitor attrition trends, conduct exit interviews and translate insights into action.
• Own onboarding and off‑boarding journeys, coordinating documentation, system access, inductions and knowledge hand‑over.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Finance, validate attendance, leave and overtime records, and resolve payroll‑related queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
• 6–8 years of progressive HR generalist experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in hospitality, restaurant, or leisure & entertainment sectors.

Required skills

• SAP HRIS or comparable HR information system.
• Payroll processing and WPS compliance.
• Data analytics for HR metrics and dashboards.
