HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function in Sharjah. The role involves shaping HR policies, overseeing recruitment, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
• Supervise recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate selection processes.
• Manage employee contracts, including renewals and terminations.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee files and documentation.
• Monitor performance and implement evaluation systems.
• Design training and career development plans.
• Handle employee complaints, improve the work environment, and manage conflict.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare periodic HR reports for senior management.
• Plan workforce requirements and manage the HR budget.
• Supervise electronic HR systems and programs.
• Manage residency permits, social insurance, and related procedures for Saudi and non‑Saudi employees.
• Provide management with consultations on employee matters, regulations, and policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies.
• Hands‑on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and contract administration.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and attendance management.
• Familiarity with performance evaluation and training development.
• Ability to ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal regulations.
• Experience preparing HR reports and managing HR budgets.
• Knowledge of electronic HR systems and employee data management.
• Understanding of residency, social insurance, and government procedures for Saudi and non‑Saudi staff.
