HR Manager – Middle East

About the role

The HR Manager – Middle East will report to the Global Operations HR Director and lead the regional HR team supporting employees across the Middle East. This senior HR partner will work closely with business and functional leaders to design and execute people strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate between Corporate HR and regional business units to ensure effective communication, trust, and problem solving.
• Implement Corporate HR programs and processes within the region, ensuring compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead re‑engineering of HR processes, management and employee development, workflow efficiencies, and organizational design.
• Develop and execute change‑management and communication plans for people‑related initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business projects into HR priorities and solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee‑relations matters, mitigating risk while aligning actions with company values.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing regional HR team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR leader in a multi‑country environment, preferably within the Middle East.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trusted advisor relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage change, drive organizational design, and improve HR processes.
