HR Manager – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

Prime Luxury Properties is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives for its growing real‑estate business in Dubai. The role combines strategic talent acquisition with day‑to‑day HR operations to support a high‑performing property consultancy team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for real‑estate agents and support staff, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and performance‑management frameworks.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, attendance and related documentation.
• Coordinate training and development programmes to up‑skill the workforce.
• Support senior management in fostering a productive and positive work culture.
• Handle employee relations and ensure full compliance with UAE labour legislation.
• Monitor agent performance, retention metrics and workforce planning needs.

Required profile

• Proven HR experience within the Dubai real‑estate sector.
• Strong recruitment network and deep knowledge of the UAE property market.
• Solid understanding of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
