HR Officer – Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our growing team at a leading medical centre in Al Ain. The role will support all HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with regulations, and a positive employee experience. You will work closely with department heads to align HR initiatives with the centre’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes, from job posting to new‑hire orientation.
• Handle employee relations, address queries, and maintain up‑to‑date HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and specific healthcare regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance logs, and support payroll administration.
• Assist with performance management cycles and staff development programmes.
• Support the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and its practical application.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
