HR Operations Specialist – Dubai

About the role

The client seeks an experienced HR Operations Specialist to ensure the accuracy, integrity and efficient administration of core HR systems and processes. You will be responsible for maintaining the HR ERP, handling payroll inputs, compensation, benefits, WPS compliance and performance management support.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the HR ERP system, keeping employee master data, leave balances, assets and photos up‑to‑date.
• Run regular data audits and reconciliations, correcting gaps and errors.
• Process compensation, benefits, attendance, leave settlements and end‑of‑service calculations in line with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Maintain WPS details, ensure timely payroll processing and monitor attendance compliance.
• Configure and support the performance appraisal module, providing KPI tracking and reporting.
• Prepare HR operations reports and dashboards on headcount, attrition, leave liability and WPS status.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, department heads and external vendors to ensure compliance and data accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Systems or Compensation & Benefits, preferably in construction or a UAE‑based operational sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Wage Protection System and end‑of‑service settlement calculations.

Required skills

• Hands‑on administration of HR/ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of WPS compliance and payroll data entry.
• Data auditing and reconciliation expertise.
