HR Operations Specialist

About the role

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for managing staff changes in the e‑HR system, issuing certificates and badges, handling pension registration and termination for UAE and GCC staff, and supporting leave and attendance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Update staff changes (transfers, line‑manager, title, entitlement, global transfers) in the e‑HR system and upload supporting documents.
• Issue staff certificates and badges promptly for new joiners, outsourced staff, and title changes.
• Register UAE local and GCC staff with pension authorities, maintain deduction records, and prepare monthly pension contribution reports.
• Manage termination of staff with pension authorities and keep termination documentation.
• Serve as backup for the leave management system: validate leaves, generate MIS reports, run monthly accrual balances, and draft usage guidelines.
• Monitor staff attendance via TAMS, generate movement reports, and coordinate salary suspension for excessive absences.
• Attend audit investigations and complete internal RCSA.
• Issue warning letters/file notes, update tracking sheets, and ensure staff acknowledgment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant HR operations experience.
• Good command of English and strong interpersonal communication skills.
