About the role
TRUE TALENT HR GROUP is expanding its recruitment team in Sharjah and seeks motivated HR Recruiters / Recruitment Executives. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting recruitment activities for both UAE and international hiring projects.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for various job openings using LinkedIn, job portals and social media.
- Contact candidates, conduct follow‑up calls and collect CVs.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain recruitment records.
- Support recruitment for UAE and international positions.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Energetic, confident and target‑oriented personality.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes.
- Immediate joiners preferred; candidates on Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa encouraged to apply.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, job portals and social media recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage interview coordination and recruitment records.
