HR Section Manager – Compensation & Benefits & Employee Relations

About the role

The Section Manager will lead the Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations functions while supporting organisational development initiatives. This senior HR role ensures policies, grading structures and compensation frameworks align with business goals, UAE regulations and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve compensation and benefits strategies, including market benchmarking, salary surveys, annual reviews, bonuses and incentive programmes.
• Manage employee relations matters, providing guidance on disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.
• Support organisational restructuring, workforce planning, succession planning and change‑management initiatives.
• Lead job evaluation exercises, maintain grading structures, salary bands and job descriptions.
• Develop, review and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
• Prepare HR financial reports, workforce cost analyses, budgeting forecasts and KPI dashboards using advanced Excel.
• Lead, mentor and develop the HR team and collaborate with finance and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and financial capabilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience leading compensation, benefits and employee relations functions.
• Ability to manage complex employee cases and support organisational change.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for financial modelling and dashboard creation.
