About the role
We are seeking a motivated HR & Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Group People & Culture team in Dubai. This role offers hands‑on exposure to the full recruitment cycle and involvement in HR projects across our hospitality portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment for corporate and restaurant positions, including sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination and candidate follow‑up.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate candidate information.
- Assist with onboarding activities, new‑joiner documentation, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to HR reporting, data collection, dashboard updates and HRIS‑related projects.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment, people management and the hospitality industry.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
