HSE Engineer – Safety, Health & Environment

About the role

The HSE Engineer will be responsible for embedding Health, Safety and Environment policies across all project sites, offices and field operations. You will ensure compliance with both local UAE regulations and international standards, safeguarding personnel and the environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on all active projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on safe work practices.
• Coordinate incident investigations and prepare corrective action plans.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of HSE performance metrics.

Required profile

• Relevant HSE qualification or degree.
• Proven experience in applying HSE standards in a construction or engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE local regulations and international HSE frameworks.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
