HSE Manager (Power/Infrastructure)

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to provide programme‑level health, safety and environment oversight for major power and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves leading HSE performance monitoring, audits, incident management and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor HSE performance across contractors and consultants.
• Review project HSE plans, risk‑management arrangements and approved work methods.
• Oversee HSE audits, assurance activities and maintain HSE dashboards and reporting.
• Track incidents, near‑misses, corrective actions and manage escalation of critical HSE risks.
• Review emergency preparedness, response arrangements and monitor heat‑stress, fire safety and workforce welfare requirements.
• Conduct programme‑level HSE inspections and reviews.

Required profile

• Strong HSE management experience on large construction, power or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with contractor HSE oversight and assurance.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE HSE requirements.
• Proven audit and incident management experience.
• Relevant HSE qualifications or certifications.
